Directors

Richard Hocknull, Director (Owner)

Richard is committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations with regards to customer service, delivery and quality. He also enjoys assisting our customers on any of their bespoke and design manufacturing work.

Amy Hocknull, Director (Owner)

Amy is responsible for the day to day running of the company. She has a pivotal role in the continual improvement of our quality and health and safety systems and procedures, ensuring that they are applied and maintained.


Sales

Tony Mills – Sales Director

Tony brings a wealth of experience to the team having plenty of background in the industry. He also enjoys building relationships with our customers through being on the road and meeting them face to face.

Transport

Ash Grainger – Transport Manager

Ash runs our transport and logistics at Trademagic and plays an important role in ensuring that our products are loaded and delivered promptly and on time to our customers. He also has a key role in managing our yard, inward and outbound deliveries and stock control.

Matthew Lloyd – Senior Office Administrator

Matt has been with us since 2013 and started as an Office Apprentice, developing his role in office administration and skills in customer service. He is now able to assist with both general and sales enquiries.

Paul Poole Dip NEBOSH – Health and Safety manager

Paul is our Health and Safety Manager and looks after all aspects of site, fire and general safety within the business. Having passed his NEBOSH examination he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.


Paris Barnard – Office Administrator

Paris joined us in 2017 as an office apprentice and has since progressed in her role, passing her apprenticeship and becoming an integral part of the team in the process. She now assists with the day to day running of the company as well as some of the transport and outside processing. Paris has also branched in to learning about the ISO certifications in 2019.

Our Staff

We have achieved our high standards through training, training and more training with our staff.

  • 25% of our staff are qualified First Aiders covering all shifts.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Performing Manufacturing Operations – 90 % of our staff are completing this qualification.
  • 50% of our staff are qualified Forklift Truck Operators.
  • Most of our team leaders carry an NVQ Level 3 in Team Leading.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration to which all our office staff are either qualified or working towards.
