Meet the team!


Richard –  Director (Owner)

Richard is committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations with regards to customer service, delivery and quality. He also enjoys assisting our customers on any of their bespoke and design manufacturing work.


Amy – Director (Owner)

Amy is responsible for the day to day running of the company. She has a pivotal role in the continual improvement of our quality and health and safety systems and procedures, ensuring that they are applied and maintained.


Ash – General Manager

Ash is our general manager at Trademagic and plays an important role in ensuring that our products are loaded and delivered promptly and on time to our customers. He also has a key role in managing our yard, inward and outbound deliveries and stock control as well as being a key member of the sales team.


Matthew  – Senior Office Administrator

Matt has been with us since 2013 and started as an Office Apprentice, developing his role in office administration and skills in customer service. He is now able to assist with most enquiries both general and sale and also has a role in our purchasing/bespoke work alongside the directors.


Paris  – QEHS Officer

Paris joined us in 2017 as an office apprentice and has since progressed in her role, passing her apprenticeship and becoming an integral part of the team in the process. She now assists with the day to day running of the company as well as some of the transport and outside processing. Paris has also branched in to learning about the ISO certifications and picking up a broader role in our health and safety, she now assists with audits and ensuring internal procedures are managed and implemented successfully and effectively.

Karolina AATQB – Finance Manager

Karolina has been an important part of the team since she joined us here at Trademagic, she plays a pivotal role in managing our customer/supplier accounts and the company finances. Her role in managing the accounts of Trademagic and our sister company KGUARD means that she has an active relationship with our customers and suppliers alike.

Leanne – Receptionist

Leanne started in reception in mid 2021 following our premises move and has previously been employed in our factory as head assembler, she is therefore able to provide a fresh face for visitors in to our offices; answer incoming calls; provide vital admin services and also have a good background knowledge of our products and relationship with our factory staff. Leanne also has a role in helping our finance manager with the accounting side of the business.

Chris – Office Administrator

Chris joined us with a wealth of experience in logistics, accounts, stock control and numerous other administrative based roles and provides a much welcomed addition to the team. Due to his depth of experience Chris is also able to provide a vital role in our transport and logistics department and also our day to day office running.

Our Staff

We have achieved our high standards through continuous.

  • 25% of our staff are qualified First Aiders covering all shifts.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Performing Manufacturing Operations – 90 % of our staff are completing this qualification.
  • 50% of our staff are qualified Forklift Truck Operators.
  • Most of our team leaders carry an NVQ Level 3 in Team Leading.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration to which all our office staff are either qualified or working towards.
