Extending Transoms are used to systemise traditional scaffolding methods.
They are a pre-fabricated transom unit manufactured in a predetermined length that combines three loose components into one easy to assemble item that is suitable for use with traditional tube and fittings, and with Readylok transoms.
Details
- Wedge Type produces a rigid high speed scaffold, resulting in efficiency and labour saving
- Offer a telescopic inside cantilever reducing from either 3 boards or 2 boards down to 0 inside boards
- Tested to BS EN 12811
- Ideally used in conjunction with double ended transoms
- No fittings require removing, no boards have to be lifted and there is no disruption to existing scaffold
